In recent years, a passion for fitness has radically changed this picture of life. The advent of fitness clubs has opened up new opportunities even for very busy people. In addition, the emerging fashion for fitness classes, the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, led to fitness clubs and those people who until recently were skeptical of sports and an active lifestyle.

We must not forget that fitness classes are useful for schoolchildren and students who are overloaded with classes and hours of sitting at textbooks. Fitness clubs provide an opportunity for people from each age group to choose an activity that corresponds to the level of their physical fitness.

The desire to be in shape today leads to fitness clubs of many people of different ages and physical capabilities. Classes in a fitness club are always combined with proper nutrition, which is necessary to strengthen muscles and get rid of to reduce excess body fat. Before starting training, the instructor conducts a conversation about proper nutrition during training sessions. In the future, a person takes this as a basic rule of nutrition for life. It should be understood that today aerobics and group training are not the same things, but absolutely two different concepts. One of the most common areas of fitness, which is enjoyed by the beautiful half of humanity, is group training and aerobics. Many varieties of aerobics and group programs allow you to choose a category corresponding to the inclinations and level of physical fitness of a woman. Exercises to rhythmic music, including dance movements, are aimed at strengthening the muscles of the whole body. Favorite activities for women include dancing. In this type of fitness, there are programs for young people - fast, fiery Latin American dances; for older people, calm ballroom and flowing oriental dances are suitable.
This type of fitness, like stretching, is used as an independent complex or is included in other sections as an exercise for warming up, it is aimed at achieving special elasticity and flexibility of the joints.

Smooth movements in Pilates exercises are available to everyone, and this direction of fitness is recommended by doctors for patients who have suffered injuries since, in addition to the superficial muscles, small muscles located deep in the body are also involved in the training.  
Yoga combines physical and respiratory practices, contributing to the harmonious development of personality.

In general, the directions of group programs have an integrated approach to the development of the body and physical characteristics of a person. They are in good demand, both among men and among women, and also have good potential for the emergence of new directions!
